- Provide direct communication (phone, email, text, social media) with clients outlining and assisting with all of Fanatics Collect services through auctions, fixed price marketplace, private sales, and vault storage
- Respond to issues and questions presented by direct clients pertaining to submissions, curation, invoices, and the buying and selling of assets
- Maintain reports of asset submissions and track data related to the final sales of assets
- Onboard net new business to business partners and work with business owners to elevate their business
- Facilitate private sales and coordinate with internal teams regarding day-to-day client needs
- Travel to trade shows to represent the company
