Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional, hands-on experience working with Workday Financials.
- Direct exposure to core Financials domains such as Financial Accounting, Banking & Settlement, Expenses, or Business Assets.
- Foundational understanding of end-to-end financial workflows and processes within Workday.
- Proven experience supporting live production operations or project-based deliverables in a team setting.
- English proficiency (B2 minimum, C1 preferred) for all documentation and communication.
- Ability to work with a solid daily overlap with Central Time (CT) and Eastern Time (ET).
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to take direction in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide system configuration support across Workday Financials domains under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist with active production issues, troubleshoot system defects, and contribute to timely technical resolutions.
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into actionable system solutions.
- Ensure absolute data integrity, platform security, and strict regulatory compliance within all financial processes.
- Participate across multiple testing cycles, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Maintain precise documentation for system configurations, design decisions, and standard support processes.
