Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years of commercial or business development experience navigating complex healthcare systems.
- 10+ years of demonstrated success negotiating and managing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships and contracts.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystem dynamics, including payer, provider, and institutional decision pathways.
- Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to manage multiple offerings and clinical opportunities.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and manage time and territory effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel up to 60% as required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and senior executives in health systems.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for hospital enterprise solutions.
- Utilize a consultative approach to understand client challenges and demonstrate value.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and expansion opportunities.
- Work closely with internal sales, product, marketing, and support teams to refine offerings.
- Lead negotiations to expand services and partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze account performance to optimize strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events as a subject matter expert.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to design and implement strategic plans.
