Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of commercial or business development experience in healthcare systems.
- 10+ years of demonstrated success negotiating and managing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships and contracts.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystem dynamics (payer, provider, institutional decision pathways).
- Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to manage multiple offerings.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and manage time and territory effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, including some weekends, evenings, or overnights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and senior executives in health systems.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for hospital enterprise solutions.
- Utilize a consultative approach to demonstrate the value of enterprise systems.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and expansion areas within hospital systems.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to refine offerings.
- Lead negotiations to expand services and drive partnership growth.
- Monitor account performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings as a subject matter expert.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
- Design and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
