Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/advanced degree a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in pharma/biotech account management or market access.
- Direct experience launching new products or complex biologics.
- Active access to pharmacy directors, medical directors, and IDN decision-makers.
- Deep operational knowledge of buy-and-bill, ASP, WAC, and 340B models.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong digital productivity skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute account-specific strategies and business plans to drive access and utilization.
- Conduct payer and institutional market intelligence and trend analysis.
- Cultivate relationships with C-suite and institutional decision-makers.
- Lead complex institutional contract negotiations and lifecycle management.
- Drive access pathways across buy-and-bill mechanics and 340B pricing models.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to monitor utilization.
- Collaborate with internal matrix teams (Market Access, Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing).
- Prepare health systems for future pipeline assets.
