Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology account management, market access, or institutional network management.
  • Direct experience launching new products or complex biologics.
  • Documented, active access to pharmacy directors, medical directors, and decision-makers within major national health systems.
  • Deep operational knowledge of buy-and-bill biologics and pathway-to-acquisition dynamics.
  • Proven capability to coordinate complex tasks and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute account-specific strategies to drive product utilization.
  • Conduct market intelligence on healthcare delivery models and institutional economics.
  • Cultivate senior-level relationships with C-suite, pharmacy directors, and P&T committees.
  • Lead complex institutional contract negotiations and lifecycle management.
  • Navigate buy-and-bill mechanics, medical/pharmacy benefits, and 340B pricing models.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to monitor utilization and compliance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Sales, and Market Access.
  • Mobilize internal field resources for push/pull-through execution.
