Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology account management, market access, or institutional network management.
- Direct experience launching new products or complex biologics.
- Documented, active access to pharmacy directors, medical directors, and decision-makers within major national health systems.
- Deep operational knowledge of buy-and-bill biologics and pathway-to-acquisition dynamics.
- Proven capability to coordinate complex tasks and lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute account-specific strategies to drive product utilization.
- Conduct market intelligence on healthcare delivery models and institutional economics.
- Cultivate senior-level relationships with C-suite, pharmacy directors, and P&T committees.
- Lead complex institutional contract negotiations and lifecycle management.
- Navigate buy-and-bill mechanics, medical/pharmacy benefits, and 340B pricing models.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to monitor utilization and compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Sales, and Market Access.
- Mobilize internal field resources for push/pull-through execution.
