Requirements
- Currently located in Massachusetts.
- Experience in autonomously onboarding multiple, multi-layer customers in parallel.
- Proven track record of working to and consistently delivering on team targets.
- Proactive attitude toward learning new technical and AI-oriented concepts.
- Demonstrated interest in the intersection of contracts, law, and technology (legal-curious).
- Ability to present live training sessions and webinars solo.
- Comfortable managing 25+ parallel onboarding accounts.
- Hands-on experience with software troubleshooting and integrations.
- Bonus: Experience in a fast-growing AI or SaaS startup.
- Bonus: Experience with Salesforce, Greenhouse, HubSpot, Workday, or API integrations.
Responsibilities
- Autonomously onboard multiple, multi-layer customers in parallel.
- Consistently deliver on team targets.
- Present live kick-off, training sessions, and webinars to customers.
- Proactively learn and apply new technical or AI-oriented concepts to customer workflows.
- Manage hands-on software setup, integrations, and workflow troubleshooting.
