- Experience working with, onboarding, and implementing Enterprise customers on a SaaS product.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated success collaborating and communicating cross-functionally.
- Deep curiosity and ability to understand product functionality.
- Strong empathy and ability to manage complex customer expectations.
- Passion for closing pay and opportunity gaps.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact onboarding programs for enterprise customers.
- Define and track metrics and KPIs for onboarding and adoption success.
- Partner with Revenue Marketing and Product teams to scale implementation playbooks.
- Deliver value realization storytelling to highlight ROI.
- Manage customer onboarding milestones throughout the first 45, 90, and 120 days.
- Build cross-functional relationships to represent the customer voice internally.
