- Experience with customer success methodologies and metrics.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all levels.
- Data-driven approach to decision making.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Build, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Technical Architects.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development.
- Establish team goals, performance metrics, and accountability structures.
- Drive retention and expansion strategies for Enterprise customers.
- Develop scalable processes for customer onboarding and success planning.
- Maintain deep technical platform knowledge and establish implementation standards.
- Lead complex technical escalations and problem-solving.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive customer success initiatives.
