  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all levels.
  • Data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 companies.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Build, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Technical Architects.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development.
  • Establish team goals, performance metrics, and accountability structures.
  • Drive retention and expansion strategies for Enterprise customers.
  • Develop scalable processes for customer onboarding and success planning.
  • Maintain deep technical platform knowledge and establish implementation standards.
  • Lead complex technical escalations and problem-solving.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive customer success initiatives.
