Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, implementation, or startup/change management environments
- Experience working in 3PL, distribution, or fulfillment center operations
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and operational workflows
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational technologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and operational systems
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage risk, timelines, and competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 75% and work flexible schedules
Responsibilities
- Define implementation scope, operational concepts, KPIs, system requirements, process flows, and SOPs in alignment with client contracts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, logistics, IT, engineering, and customer service to ensure successful client onboarding and launch
- Lead implementation planning, execution, and go-live support, including onsite coordination and resource management
- Oversee development and alignment of operational processes, procedures, and contractual documentation
- Conduct regular client and internal status meetings to track progress, manage expectations, and resolve issues proactively
- Identify, assess, and mitigate implementation risks while ensuring clear communication to stakeholders and leadership
- Lead and coach internal implementation teams to support complex and strategic client launches
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and operational alignment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize implementation processes and outcomes
