Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, project management, or related client-facing operational roles
  • Experience in digital health, SaaS, employer benefits, or B2B2C environments preferred
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, data formats, file transfers, and system integrations
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent complex implementations
  • Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Jira, Slack, and Confluence
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with proactive issue identification and resolution skills
  • Experience working with employer groups or benefits administration systems is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the full implementation lifecycle for new employer and partner clients from contract signature through go-live and post-launch support
  • Build and manage detailed project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, owners, and timelines
  • Lead client kickoff meetings and working sessions as the primary implementation point of contact
  • Coordinate across Sales, Product, Clinical, Operations, and Partnerships to ensure smooth execution and handoffs
  • Configure and manage technical integrations including HRIS connections, SSO, eligibility files, and data feeds
  • Troubleshoot integration and configuration issues, escalating to Product and Engineering when necessary
  • Track implementation KPIs such as time-to-launch, issue resolution time, and launch quality
  • Maintain accurate documentation across CRM and project management systems
  • Support ongoing configuration updates and expansion onboarding after go-live
