Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Data Science, Technical Account Management, or Engineering Support.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Expert-level technical knowledge and understanding of telematics, IoT, APIs, and related technologies.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, or C#.
- Extensive experience with API integrations.
- Ability to work with Agile Work Management, Ticketing, and CRM tools like JIRA and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with data analysis and data visualization tools like Superset or Power BI.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with sales or business development, particularly with indirect sales channels.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 50mb DL/10mb UL) for remote work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of the Geotab ecosystem, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Engage and collaborate with strategic partners and key end-users to optimize their utilization of Geotab technology.
- Collaborate with revenue-generating teams to identify and deliver effective solutions for customer challenges.
- Drive revenue growth by translating complex technical capabilities into tangible business value through demos and pilots.
- Assess and analyze complex partner and end-user business challenges and propose viable solutions.
- Manage high-impact projects, collaborating with third-party integrators and customers to ensure successful implementation.
- Mentor and support Solutions Engineers and other team members to promote professional growth.
