Requirements
- Proven track record managing and scaling B2B SaaS or high-volume e-commerce products.
- Deep expertise in the Shopify App Store ecosystem, including Polaris, OAuth, App Bridge, and GraphQL.
- Technical fluency in API documentation, MongoDB, and serverless AWS concepts.
- Operational knowledge of e-commerce logistics, including customs documentation and DDU/DDP trade realities.
- Hands-on experience with WMS platforms like Mintsoft.
- Comfort discussing technical architectures involving TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, React, and Svelte.
- Demonstrated ability to run sprint prioritization and project management in Jira.
- Passion for implementing AI-driven features such as predictive routing or agentic classification.
- Strict fluency in written and spoken English.
- Availability to work daily during UK working hours (09:00 - 17:30 GMT/BST).
Responsibilities
- Translate product strategy and merchant requirements into detailed Jira tickets with clear acceptance criteria.
- Drive daily sprint prioritization and ticket fulfillment to maintain engineering velocity.
- Lead rigorous QA and UAT for carrier integrations, dashboards, and platform updates.
- Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding as the primary product-facing point of contact.
- Research and implement AI-driven features to automate manual e-commerce logistics processes.
- Define integration strategies for WMS platforms like Mintsoft and international shipping carriers.
- Ensure platform performance and usability within the Shopify Plus App ecosystem.
