Requirements

- Experience writing requirements documentation and defining feature acceptance criteria
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Linear, Jira, or Asana
- Demonstrable daily use of AI tools for documentation and workflow automation
- Experience working directly with design and engineering teams
- Experience shipping products for clinical or operations end-users
- Background in health tech, digital health, or clinical operations
- C1+ English proficiency for cross-functional communication
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and business logic from cross-functional stakeholders
- Define acceptance criteria and technical requirements for features
- Drive product launches from testing through to release
- Manage post-launch performance tracking and measurement
- Create and manage internal feedback loops
- Utilize AI tools to document, synthesize notes, and automate workflows
- Serve as the single source of truth for product decisions and delivery
