Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a CRM or marketing automation role.
- Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, and design principles.
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma or Canva.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives, leadership, and project teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven organizational skills to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an agency environment is desired but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Build, QA, and launch lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and push using platforms like Klaviyo, MailChimp, or Omnisend.
- Own end-to-end delivery from briefing and creative setup to audience targeting and reporting.
- Design and map customer journeys, ensuring touchpoints are on-brand and intuitive.
- Produce visually compelling email and SMS creative using Figma or Canva.
- Build audience segments using behavioral, transactional, and demographic data.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize performance.
- Maintain dashboards and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on campaign performance.
