Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a CRM or marketing automation role.
  • Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, and design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma or Canva.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, leadership, and project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven organizational skills to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in an agency environment is desired but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Build, QA, and launch lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and push using platforms like Klaviyo, MailChimp, or Omnisend.
  • Own end-to-end delivery from briefing and creative setup to audience targeting and reporting.
  • Design and map customer journeys, ensuring touchpoints are on-brand and intuitive.
  • Produce visually compelling email and SMS creative using Figma or Canva.
  • Build audience segments using behavioral, transactional, and demographic data.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize performance.
  • Maintain dashboards and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on campaign performance.
