Requirements

  • Board certification in medical oncology.
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience caring for oncology patients post-fellowship.
  • Valid, unrestricted medical license.
  • Willingness to obtain additional state medical licenses as required.
  • Experience with electronic patient-reported outcome (ePRO) implementation or reporting preferred.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn technology platforms including EHR, Google Suite, and Slack.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the evolution of the electronic patient-reported outcomes (ePRO) program.
  • Set clinical vision for collecting, interpreting, and acting on patient-reported data.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for the frontline care team, including participation in case conferences and guidance on complex clinical situations.
  • Contribute to care team education through structured training sessions and clinical updates.
  • Conduct virtual visits with members as needed.
  • Lead strategic initiatives, including clinical protocol development and clinical trial access.
  • Represent Thyme Care in external meetings with payers, health systems, and partners.
