Requirements
- Board certification in medical oncology.
- At least 3 years of clinical experience caring for oncology patients post-fellowship.
- Valid, unrestricted medical license.
- Willingness to obtain additional state medical licenses as required.
- Experience with electronic patient-reported outcome (ePRO) implementation or reporting preferred.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn technology platforms including EHR, Google Suite, and Slack.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the evolution of the electronic patient-reported outcomes (ePRO) program.
- Set clinical vision for collecting, interpreting, and acting on patient-reported data.
- Serve as a clinical resource for the frontline care team, including participation in case conferences and guidance on complex clinical situations.
- Contribute to care team education through structured training sessions and clinical updates.
- Conduct virtual visits with members as needed.
- Lead strategic initiatives, including clinical protocol development and clinical trial access.
- Represent Thyme Care in external meetings with payers, health systems, and partners.
