Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional sales experience.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated grit to handle rejection and persist through long-cycle capital equipment deals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to retain and communicate vast amounts of technical product information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel frequently (60%).
  • Ability to lift/move equipment (up to 80 lbs occasionally).
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed aggressive revenue quotas within the assigned geographic region.
  • Generate a consistent flow of new leads through relentless phone-based and in-person cold calling.
  • Conduct hands-on technical demonstrations of aesthetic laser systems, highlighting clinical efficacy and business ROI.
  • Navigate the complete sales journey, from initial discovery and overcoming technical objections to closing emotional, high-value contracts.
  • Build and maintain high-trust partnerships with medical specialists, including Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and OB/GYNs.
  • Leverage clinical specialists and reference sites to validate technology and provide short-term and long-term customer support.
  • Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce, providing weekly and monthly pipeline visibility to leadership.
  • Travel 60% of the time to medical offices, spas, and national industry conventions.
