Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account development, product management, sales engineering, or sales operations.
- Proficiency in analytic software tools like Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated ability to filter and analyze Salesforce reports to drive activity.
- Proven ability to prioritize and plan in a complex, fast-changing sales environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- High learning agility for adopting new sales tools.
- Must reside in the Northeast territory.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound interest from prospective installer and distribution partners.
- Deliver tailored pitches highlighting product value and program benefits.
- Lead onboarding and activation calls for new authorized partners.
- Participate in key market visits (~8-15 days/month) for field events, trainings, and site visits.
- Analyze pipeline and territory-level metrics to identify opportunities and bottlenecks.
- Maintain clean CRM data in Salesforce and contribute to team-level forecasting.
- Develop territory and channel business plans in collaboration with leadership.
