- 3+ years of consistent over-achievement in sales.
- Proven experience in full-cycle, outside sales.
- Reliable means of transportation for travel within the market.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Ability to travel 45% of the time within the territory.
- Strong understanding of local restaurants and food trends.
- Coachability and willingness to implement feedback.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing sales culture.
- Self-motivated, curious, and competitive mindset.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of revenue generation and manage a sales pipeline.
- Qualify and establish a book of business from partner and inbound leads.
- Develop and execute outbound and referral sales strategies.
- Conduct in-person sales meetings and product demonstrations for prospective restaurant owners.
- Collaborate with peers and managers to master the Value Selling methodology.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in Salesforce to evaluate pipeline and KPIs.
- Audit sales pipeline and apply data-driven insights to maximize conversion rates.
