Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, audit support, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, or equivalent).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, building reports, and identifying trends.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
- High integrity and discretion when handling confidential client and organizational information.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end operational execution of audit engagements across all service lines (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, CMMC, HITRUST, FedRAMP).
- Manage engagement setup, intake tracking, and workflow coordination in internal project management systems.
- Monitor engagement milestones, flag timeline risks, and assist in resource and deadline tracking.
- Coordinate across audit teams to ensure timely delivery of client-facing and internal deliverables.
- Identify and document operational bottlenecks and recommend actionable process improvements.
- Collect, organize, and maintain operational data for internal reporting and leadership dashboards.
- Track key operational KPIs including engagement utilization, project timelines, and team capacity.
- Maintain and update internal tools including project tracking platforms and collaboration systems.
