Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- 3+ years of experience in finance, financial operations, or accounting.
- Strong knowledge in Bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- CPA or CMA designation is preferred.
- Prior experience with accounting systems is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage corporate accounts payable and accounts receivable, including A/R analysis and collections.
- Administer the Ramp platform to process transactions, manage cards, and reconcile activity.
- Own vendor and contract management including onboarding, renewals, and compliance.
- Support intercompany billings and reconciliations.
- Create invoices and post charges to tenant ledgers.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and financial reporting.
- Maintain accounting files, documentation, and Dropbox folder integrity.
