Requirements
- 2+ years experience in SMSF Operations, SMSF Administration, or related Financial Services.
- Experience processing high-volume transactions.
- Experience using BGL Simple Fund 360, Class Super, or SuperMate.
- Strong attention to detail and process adherence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other business applications.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Supporting day-to-day administration and operational processing of SMSFs.
- Performing fund maintenance and transaction processing.
- Executing financial reconciliations.
- Providing compliance support.
- Assisting with audit preparation.
- Ensuring data accuracy and adherence to Australian regulatory requirements.
