Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading complex enterprise SaaS implementations or customer success programs.
- Proven accountability for P&L or program-level results.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-workstream deployments with 100+ end-user locations.
- Strong command of project governance, including risk management, dependency tracking, and milestone reporting.
- Experience directly leading and managing cross-functional teams, including implementation, CS, training, and support functions.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous, high-stakes situations and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional executive-level communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Background in practice management, accounting, or professional services technology (preferred).
- Familiarity with workflow or work management platforms (preferred).
- Experience with enterprise rollouts involving custom integrations and multi-tenant architectures (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of accountability from the POC to full deployment and beyond.
- Drive and govern the master project plan across onboarding, configuration, training, data migration, integration, and rollout execution.
- Chair weekly program stand-ups, steering committee sessions, and executive check-ins.
- Act as the primary executive-level contact for strategic customer stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including project management, implementation, CS, and support.
- Maintain a live risk register and ensure confidence levels remain within acceptable thresholds.
- Deliver Go-Live by the target date and produce post-go-live health reporting.
