Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare business analysis, management consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking.
Expertise in financial modeling, business valuation, operational analytics, and performance measurement.
Understanding of healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, payer-provider relationships, and industry regulations.
Ability to solve complex business problems using structured frameworks and quantitative analysis.
Experience leading cross-functional programs and driving operational improvements.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and change leadership skills.
Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Willingness to travel quarterly.

Lead operational assessments to uncover root causes of performance challenges.
Develop and execute strategic project plans, defining priorities, timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation.
Direct and oversee complex transformation programs.
Manage recovery initiatives for underperforming or at-risk client accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable operational improvements.
Build strong relationships with physicians, business leaders, and stakeholders.
Monitor and improve operational and financial performance indicators.
Ensure rigorous project governance and successful delivery of strategic workstreams.
