Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of account management experience.
- Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing industry, including commission models and tracking solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, specifically Excel.
- Proficiency with PowerBI and Tableau.
- Willingness to learn new technology systems.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assume ownership and serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients, providing training, guidance, and ongoing support.
- Develop a deep understanding of assigned accounts to produce, present, and deliver program strategies to meet objectives.
- Familiarize yourself with industry trends and Awin products to inform program management.
- Proactively recruit new affiliates and manage affiliate migrations in collaboration with clients and the publisher team.
- Work independently to produce account management documentation and deliver performance reports.
- Leverage advanced platforms like Tableau and SimilarWeb to produce insightful reports and analyses.
- Take a proactive approach in solving issues with assigned clients and escalate when necessary.
