Requirements

  • Demonstrable success and progression in Customer Success Management roles.
  • Experience managing a diverse portfolio of fast-growth customers.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on software and subscription KPIs.
  • Ability to extract actionable insights from raw data and trends.
  • Experience providing advisory on monetization strategies like customer acquisition, retention, churn prevention, and payments performance.
  • Experience in Payments and/or Fintech (desirable).
  • Understanding of the Merchant of Record business model (desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful onboarding of new customers through deep product knowledge and methodology.
  • Provide best-practice guidance on purchase journeys, retention flows, and billing operations to create a world-class buying experience.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Identify and execute strategic and tactical revenue growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into effective solutions.
  • Support Demand Generation teams by developing customer references, success stories, and case studies.
