Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or an enterprise client-facing role within the B2B SaaS ecosystem.
- 2+ years of formal people management or team leadership experience with accountability for retention, forecasting, and coaching.
- Proven experience working within highly configurable low-code/no-code SaaS environments.
- Experience serving risk, compliance, or security practitioners.
- Demonstrated ability to develop individual contributors through feedback and career pathing.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for multi-stakeholder enterprise risk management.
- Deep knowledge and experience working with large enterprise companies.
- Up to 50% travel required to maintain customer relationships and support strategic engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers across the United States and the United Kingdom.
- Own team-level renewal, retention, and expansion performance metrics.
- Provide leadership on complex customer escalations and navigate difficult commercial conversations with executive stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and scale internal standards, operational playbooks, and customer retention strategies.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation Services, and Product teams to eliminate friction and deliver Executive Business Reviews.
- Coach the team on advising customers regarding Risk Cloud AI capabilities and automated workflows.
- Participate in the employee lifecycle, including interviewing talent and making leveling and compensation recommendations.
