Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Affiliate Marketing.
- Proven track record managing and growing Enterprise and Mid-Market client relationships.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience delivering campaign performance reporting, client insights, and optimisation recommendations.
- Confident leading QBRs and MBRs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across in-person meetings and video calls.
- Highly organised and adaptable.
- Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 30 Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts.
- Focus on retention, growth and long-term client success.
- Own client performance reporting and optimisation strategies.
- Monitor campaign delivery and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including offer execution and advertising tracking.
- Build strong client relationships through MBRs, QBRs, and in-person meetings.
- Partner with Account Managers to deliver a seamless client experience.
