Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Affiliate Marketing.
  • Proven track record managing and growing Enterprise and Mid-Market client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience delivering campaign performance reporting, client insights, and optimisation recommendations.
  • Confident leading QBRs and MBRs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across in-person meetings and video calls.
  • Highly organised and adaptable.
  • Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 30 Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts.
  • Focus on retention, growth and long-term client success.
  • Own client performance reporting and optimisation strategies.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including offer execution and advertising tracking.
  • Build strong client relationships through MBRs, QBRs, and in-person meetings.
  • Partner with Account Managers to deliver a seamless client experience.
