Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, forward-deployed engineering, or similar technical customer-facing roles
  • Experience working with US government clients (federal, state, or local)
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, ATO, or IL levels
  • Strong technical foundation in AI/ML systems
  • Proficiency with APIs and cloud infrastructure
  • Experience with data integration
  • Hands-on ability to build prototypes, demos, or working technical solutions independently
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical systems into clear mission and business value
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the United States for customer engagements

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with government stakeholders to map workflows, data environments, and mission constraints
  • Design and present solution architectures tailored to public sector requirements, including compliance and security frameworks such as FedRAMP and ATO processes
  • Build and deliver demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts aligned with agency-specific challenges
  • Support RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation for procurement processes and capture efforts
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales solutions to production deployments
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to influence product direction and improve solution fit for government use cases
