Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales development, or inside sales.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments preferred.
  • Proven experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders including Directors, VPs, and C-level executives.
  • Ability to execute multi-channel outreach strategies using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research skills to translate account insights into personalized outreach.
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach, or Apollo).
  • Ability to manage activity volume while maintaining high personalization and quality.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target accounts across retail, ecommerce, luxury, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors.
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and event-driven initiatives.
  • Book qualified meetings and discovery conversations for Account Executives.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and support account-based strategies.
  • Support end-to-end event campaigns including pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline hygiene for reporting.
