Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales development, or inside sales.
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments preferred.
- Proven experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders including Directors, VPs, and C-level executives.
- Ability to execute multi-channel outreach strategies using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research skills to translate account insights into personalized outreach.
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach, or Apollo).
- Ability to manage activity volume while maintaining high personalization and quality.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify target accounts across retail, ecommerce, luxury, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors.
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and event-driven initiatives.
- Book qualified meetings and discovery conversations for Account Executives.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and support account-based strategies.
- Support end-to-end event campaigns including pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline hygiene for reporting.
