Requirements
- Experience in sales or business development for a technical product (SaaS, computer networking, or IT industry preferred).
- Proven ability to inspire, lead, and coach others in a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency with CRM and Sales Engagement Platforms (Salesforce and Salesloft preferred).
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Nooks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
- Tenacious self-starter mindset.
- Commitment to follow-through and ownership of results.
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed meeting scheduled and meeting complete targets for your team of BDRs.
- Coach individual reps to develop talent, achieve business goals, and follow career progression pathways.
- Develop, execute, and continuously improve programs that drive organizational effectiveness and scale.
- Train BDRs to articulate the Auvik value proposition and navigate pre-sales processes.
- Ensure team adherence to best practices, data accuracy, and rigorous process execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide the team with necessary tools and resources.
- Build trust, camaraderie, and a pipeline of future candidates for the team.
