Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship roles.
  • Experience within banking, insurance, or financial services.
  • Proven ability to build and grow client or advisor relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to analyze sales data to manage pipelines and territory performance.
  • Solid organizational and business planning skills.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume outreach environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

  • Drive advisor engagement through high-volume outbound outreach (approximately 40 calls per day).
  • Conduct advisor meetings to present product value and strengthen relationships.
  • Manage and develop a defined geographic territory using CRM tools.
  • Support advisors with applications, service escalations, and product-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal BDMs and cross-functional teams on sales strategy and initiatives.
  • Contribute to pipeline management, follow-ups, and marketing activity coordination.
  • Participate in mentoring and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and responsible sales practices.
