Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship roles.
- Experience within banking, insurance, or financial services.
- Proven ability to build and grow client or advisor relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to analyze sales data to manage pipelines and territory performance.
- Solid organizational and business planning skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume outreach environment.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities
- Drive advisor engagement through high-volume outbound outreach (approximately 40 calls per day).
- Conduct advisor meetings to present product value and strengthen relationships.
- Manage and develop a defined geographic territory using CRM tools.
- Support advisors with applications, service escalations, and product-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal BDMs and cross-functional teams on sales strategy and initiatives.
- Contribute to pipeline management, follow-ups, and marketing activity coordination.
- Participate in mentoring and sales enablement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and responsible sales practices.
