Requirements

  • University/bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years of capital sales experience.
  • Proven track record of sales target achievement.
  • Expertise navigating hospital procurement, capital committees, and executive decision-making.
  • Strong executive presence and influence skills.
  • Experience with hospital foundations and philanthropic funding.
  • Experience developing business cases and ROI analyses.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute national VELYS Active Robotic Assistance capital sales strategies.
  • Drive strategies to shorten complex capital sales cycles through proactive stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner with Legal, HCC, Finance, Pricing, Contract Execution, Supply Chain, and Commercial Leadership to structure agreements.
  • Present clinical, operational, and economic value proposition to hospital leadership and surgeons.
  • Identify and eliminate commercial, operational, and administrative barriers to purchasing.
  • Develop capital selling best practices and commercial playbooks.
