Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience working with travel insurance products
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and training delivery experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience delivering large‑group training sessions
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Ability to work independently from a home‑based office
- Must be fluent in English and French
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of travel agencies and key accounts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with agencies not currently supported
- Lead contract discussions, onboarding, and renewals in collaboration with internal partners
- Act as a trusted advisor to agency leaders on travel insurance sales strategies and business planning
- Design and deliver engaging virtual training sessions for travel advisors, managers, and independent contractors
- Facilitate new‑hire training, product launches, and ongoing skill‑development sessions
- Maintain a weekly activity and sales log to track engagement and outcomes
