Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding targets
- Experience in high-velocity, high-volume sales environments with full-cycle ownership
- Strong pipeline management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple active opportunities
- Proven ability to close deals efficiently while maintaining high-quality customer experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with executive-level presence
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to navigate pricing, proposals, and procurement discussions
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and results-driven mindset
- Passion for health, wellness, and customer-centric selling
Responsibilities
- Own the full inbound sales cycle across corporate gifting, events, and employee wellness opportunities from qualification to close
- Qualify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions based on program objectives, audience, budget, and timelines
- Build and manage a high-volume pipeline, prioritizing opportunities effectively across multiple deal stages
- Develop and deliver proposals, pricing, and quotes with speed, accuracy, and commercial awareness
- Respond to customer questions related to product offerings, logistics, fulfillment, and program design
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and pipeline visibility to support revenue planning
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
