Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace management, or key account management.
- Hands-on experience managing Pure Player platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketplace levers: pricing, promotions, content, media, fulfillment, and conversion.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
- Experience operating in LATAM markets, particularly Brazil (preferred).
- Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency (strongly preferred).
- Experience working within a COE or global operating model (preferred).
- MBA or advanced degree (plus).
Responsibilities
- Own Pure Player execution to drive sustainable growth and margin expansion.
- Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance against key KPIs including POS, contribution margin, ASP, conversion, traffic, and inventory health.
- Support the development and execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with Pure Players.
- Manage ongoing commercial negotiations including promotions, visibility programs, media investments, and platform initiatives.
- Execute the Pure Player operating model, including SKU optimization, promotional planning, and media activation.
- Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to optimize fulfillment strategies such as MELI Full, Flex, and FBM.
- Ensure best-in-class content across all priority SKUs and align with brand standards.
- Act as the central point of coordination between Pure Players and internal Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
