Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (technical or engineering discipline strongly preferred).
- MBA is a plus.
- 3-5+ years of experience in technical sales.
- Network in the aerospace composite materials community.
- Demonstrated experience in sales development and securing new opportunities.
- Knowledge of composite products in aerospace and defense markets.
- Experience in contract negotiations, supply chain, and project management.
- Ability to act autonomously in a team-based, multi-site environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, Dynamics365, and ERP/MRP experience.
Responsibilities
- Generate new revenue from existing and new pursuits.
- Lead the development of customer solutions and interface with internal and external resources.
- Establish and foster relationships with key customer decision makers.
- Own revenue forecast and manage data within CRM systems.
- Develop individual customer strategies to position Hexcel products.
- Collaborate with Product Management to align market needs with product roadmaps.
- Lead negotiations with support from CBT Director.
- Engage in industry organizations to develop leads.
- Maintain growth pursuits using CRM tools.
