Requirements
- Track record of consistently exceeding quotas of $1M+ in complex, enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute territory and account plans.
- Experience selling technical, multi-stakeholder solutions to senior buyers (privacy, legal, security, IT, or data leadership).
- Command of a modern sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to build quantified business cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
- Strong collaborative, team-first orientation.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle, including pipeline generation, discovery, negotiation, and closing.
- Run complex, multi-threaded deals involving privacy, legal, security, and IT stakeholders.
- Consistently meet and exceed an annual quota of $1M+ in new and expansion ARR.
- Build and execute rigorous territory and account plans to prioritize high-value opportunities.
- Develop a healthy, well-qualified pipeline while partnering with SDRs and Marketing.
- Translate regulatory drivers like GDPR and CCPA/CPRA into compelling, quantified business cases.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to win deals and support long-term success.
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate sales forecasting.
