Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets.
  • Experience closing large, strategic deals within contract food service, event management, university, catering, or venue operations sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the logistics behind large-scale catering and stadium operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex corporate structures and multiple executive stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence and financial acumen for high-level consultative selling.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Strategic Selling).
  • Willingness to travel when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, discover, position solutions, negotiate, and close enterprise hospitality and event targets.
  • Develop strategic account plans to penetrate and expand within corporate food service operators and national catering networks.
  • Drive consensus and alignment across complex, multi-stakeholder corporate departments.
  • Articulate value propositions regarding hyper-seasonal staffing, event cancellations, and variable labor costs.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline with accurate sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal operations, finance, and product teams to deliver tailored proposals and proofs of concept.
  • Represent the brand at industry conferences, trade shows, and executive meetings.
