Requirements
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas of $1M+ in enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
- Experience selling technical, multi-stakeholder solutions to senior leadership.
- Command of modern sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and executive presence.
- Experience in privacy, data governance, security, or compliance software is a plus.
- Familiarity with GTM tech stacks including Salesforce and Gong.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from pipeline generation through negotiation and expansion.
- Run complex, multi-threaded deals involving privacy, legal, security, IT, and executive stakeholders.
- Consistently meet and exceed an annual quota of $1M+ in new and expansion ARR.
- Build and execute rigorous territory and account plans.
- Develop and manage a qualified pipeline in partnership with SDRs and Marketing.
- Lead discovery to uncover business and regulatory drivers.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
