Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas of $1M+ in enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
  • Experience selling technical, multi-stakeholder solutions to senior leadership.
  • Command of modern sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and executive presence.
  • Experience in privacy, data governance, security, or compliance software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with GTM tech stacks including Salesforce and Gong.

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from pipeline generation through negotiation and expansion.
  • Run complex, multi-threaded deals involving privacy, legal, security, IT, and executive stakeholders.
  • Consistently meet and exceed an annual quota of $1M+ in new and expansion ARR.
  • Build and execute rigorous territory and account plans.
  • Develop and manage a qualified pipeline in partnership with SDRs and Marketing.
  • Lead discovery to uncover business and regulatory drivers.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
