Requirements

  • 7+ years of field sales, partner sales, or business development experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals through or with partners.
  • Deep understanding of channel ecosystems – Systems Integrators, ISVs, resellers, and their go-to-market motions.
  • Strong sales acumen and executive presence.
  • High level of drive, autonomy, and accountability.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for field engagement, events, and partner activation.

Responsibilities

  • Own an ACV bookings target driven through partner-sourced and influenced opportunities.
  • Hunt for new opportunities by activating and co-selling with key System Integrators (SIs), ISVs, and solution partners.
  • Drive pipeline creation by building relationships across the field – account executives, partner sellers, BDMs, and practice leads.
  • Qualify, shape, and advance deals – from net-new identification through expansion – in collaboration with direct sales teams.
  • Develop and execute partner business plans aligned to territory priorities and growth targets.
  • Deliver crisp partner pitches and joint value propositions, evangelizing Boomi’s platform across Integration, API, Data, and AI capabilities.
  • Represent Boomi in the field – at customer meetings, partner events, and regional summits – as the face of the ecosystem.
