Requirements

  • Fluent in German & English (professional or native proficiency).
  • 4+ years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving customer success.
  • Experience selling in the DACH region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Analytical approach to decision-making and pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with high-potential prospects in the DACH region to position Nivoda as their primary marketplace.
  • Transition leads into active buyers in partnership with SDRs.
  • Build and maintain value-driven, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Identify and execute cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to deepen client engagement.
  • Collaborate with SDR, TAM, and CS teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Monitor and act on key metrics including GMV, active buyers, retention, and LTV.
  • Provide actionable customer feedback to product teams to drive innovation.
