Requirements
- Fluent in German & English (professional or native proficiency).
- 4+ years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving customer success.
- Experience selling in the DACH region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Analytical approach to decision-making and pipeline management.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams.
Responsibilities
- Engage with high-potential prospects in the DACH region to position Nivoda as their primary marketplace.
- Transition leads into active buyers in partnership with SDRs.
- Build and maintain value-driven, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Identify and execute cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to deepen client engagement.
- Collaborate with SDR, TAM, and CS teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Monitor and act on key metrics including GMV, active buyers, retention, and LTV.
- Provide actionable customer feedback to product teams to drive innovation.
