Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in wholesale telecommunications with a focus on A2P SMS services
- Proven success in business development, account management, or wholesale sales
- Current or recent experience with an SMS aggregator, CPaaS provider, telecom carrier, or mobile network operator
- Established network of industry contacts in the messaging ecosystem
- Strong experience negotiating commercial agreements
- In-depth understanding of the A2P SMS wholesale ecosystem, routing models, and pricing structures
- Knowledge of messaging regulations, compliance, and sender ID policies
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, IT, Marketing, or related field
- Fluent English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the international A2P SMS wholesale market
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with SMS aggregators, telecom carriers, CPaaS providers, and mobile network operators
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies focused on increasing traffic volumes and profitability
- Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and manage pricing and contracts
- Manage a portfolio of strategic international accounts as the primary commercial contact
- Identify expansion opportunities through route optimization and upselling
- Conduct business reviews to assess performance and strengthen relationships
- Monitor account profitability, traffic performance, and delivery quality
- Collaborate with technical, routing, product, and finance teams to resolve issues
- Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports
