Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
- Hands-on debugging and troubleshooting ability including reproducing issues and reading logs.
- Ability to isolate root causes and provide context for engineering escalations.
- Excellent partner-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to various stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a ticketing or issue-tracking workflow like Jira.
- Ability to follow defined engineering and deployment processes.
- Ownership mentality with a focus on driving problems to resolution.
- Preferred: Experience in video game commerce, payments, e-commerce, or fintech.
- Preferred: Familiarity with storefront, catalog/SKU, and monetization systems.
- Preferred: Coding background sufficient to make small fixes and understand engineering trade-offs.
- Preferred: Experience supporting enterprise or strategic accounts in a technical capacity.
- Preferred: Experience operating in an on-call or incident-response rotation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical liaison for strategic enterprise partners during the post-sales relationship.
- Join partner calls to answer technical questions in real time and resolve concerns.
- Respond to technical inquiries within a 30-minute target during coverage hours.
- Create, own, and drive Xsolla Service Desk tickets to resolution.
- Triage incoming issues, troubleshoot bugs, and route complex defects to engineering teams with clean requirements.
- Create and manage Partner Launch Event tickets to validate technical launch requirements.
- Support Product Owners and Directors of Engineering in planning and monitoring live launch events.
- Maintain technical access to logs, repositories, and testing tools to ensure consistent resolution.
