Proven ability to design, run, and interpret A/B tests during soft launch or live scaling.
Strong analytical fluency with data tools such as SQL, Excel, or Looker.
Track record of increasing team leverage through improved frameworks, models, or workflows.
Experience operating in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments with ownership of outcomes.
Ability to influence across disciplines and build alignment in remote-first teams.
Clear trajectory toward product leadership.

Own the game economy across multiple interconnected systems (progression, monetization, resource flows) to ensure long-term commercial viability.
Drive product direction by translating strategic hypotheses into concrete decisions, specifications, and shipped features.
Run live operations strategy including event cadence, segmentation, personalization, and offer testing.
Validate soft launch performance through disciplined experimentation, cohort analysis, and KPI deep-dives.
Leverage AI tools to multiply productivity, perform analysis, and improve product outcomes.
Influence cross-functional departments including design, engineering, analytics, and marketing to rally around the product mission.
Write high-quality, actionable product specifications that enable speed and system integrity.
