Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading Product and Design organizations across multiple teams.
- Proven ability to partner with Engineering leadership on strategy and technical roadmap.
- Hands-on experience building or transforming products to operate in an AI-native way.
- Proficiency with AI tools for prototyping, research synthesis, and delivery acceleration.
- Experience scaling high-growth startups from early-stage to mature operations.
- Proven ability to execute product strategy across international markets, specifically the US enterprise sector.
- Strong executive presence with experience contributing to fundraising and board-level discussions.
- Deep experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products for enterprise customers.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams beyond core product, such as Solutions Architecture.
- Ability to manage, coach, and develop team members including senior-level individual contributors.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the Product and Design organization, maintaining a hands-on presence.
- Partner with Engineering leadership to drive cross-functional alignment and strategic continuity.
- Drive AI-native delivery across discovery, design, and implementation workflows.
- Define and champion the global product strategy, particularly for expansion into the US market.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO for fundraising, board engagement, and investor relations.
- Oversee functions including Solutions Architecture to ensure successful pre-sales and post-sales outcomes.
- Scale internal processes and team structures to support rapid growth and team doubling.
