Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying AE experience in GTM enterprise SaaS.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota across new business, expansions, and renewals.
  • Experience selling into enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees).
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-threaded executive-level deals.
  • Fluency in sales methodologies such as Command of the Message.
  • Proficiency with qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC.
  • Strong ability to manage the full customer lifecycle from prospecting to renewals.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and executive presence.
  • Demonstrated grit, adaptability, and ownership in founding team environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own a defined set of enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees) to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Engage Director, VP, and C-suite leaders across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to build qualified pipeline.
  • Partner with the Outbound BDR team to drive incremental pipeline and execute enterprise engagement strategies.
  • Build account plans to maximize product adoption and generate multi-year growth.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and RevOps teams to ensure customers receive high-impact value.
  • Manage renewals through proactive forecasting and value-focused executive conversations.
  • Maintain precise pipeline hygiene and forecast revenue within a 10% accuracy margin.
