Responsibilities
- Utilize HR Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate employee records.
- Support all stages of the employee life cycle (onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers).
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
- Support background checks, employment authorization, and payroll administration.
- Manage and respond to HR-related inquiries using a ticketing system.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate HR documentation and reports.
- Assist with benefits administration and enrolment.
- Provide support for performance management activities.
