Responsibilities

  • Utilize HR Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate employee records.
  • Support all stages of the employee life cycle (onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers).
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
  • Support background checks, employment authorization, and payroll administration.
  • Manage and respond to HR-related inquiries using a ticketing system.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate HR documentation and reports.
  • Assist with benefits administration and enrolment.
  • Provide support for performance management activities.
