Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in property management, leasing coordination, or real estate operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, or similar property management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with lease documentation and rent collection workflows.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to tenant inquiries regarding rent, lease terms, and maintenance.
  • Draft, review, and process lease agreements and renewals using DocuSign and Dotloop.
  • Maintain property system records in platforms like Yardi, AppFolio, or Buildium.
  • Manage vendor work orders and track maintenance tickets to completion.
  • Prepare owner statements, cash flow summaries, and occupancy reports.
  • Ensure all tenant documentation complies with Fair Housing and local regulations.
