Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in a closing sales role.
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to sell on value.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus.
  • Self-directed, coachable, and driven to continuously improve.
  • Proficiency with AI sales tools and modern revenue stacks.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders from General Managers to C-suite level.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Own your territory and your number by building a strategic territory plan to generate net-new pipeline.
  • Maintain 3x pipeline coverage and forecast with precision.
  • Hunt and build a pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, events, and conferences.
  • Run a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities.
  • Use AI Pre-Sales and Enablement agents to identify gaps and streamline sales calls.
  • Become a hospitality expert to run ROI conversations and position the platform effectively.
  • Drive results through new business and identification of expansion opportunities.
  • Represent Lighthouse at industry events to build the brand.
